Anyone who feels stuck, overwhelmed, or out of alignment—but knows they’re meant for more. Whether you’re navigating heartbreak, a life transition, or just craving a deeper connection with yourself, this is for you.

3. Do you offer 1:1 coaching?
Yes! We offer limited 1:1 coaching spots, both short-term intensives and longer packages. Availability varies, so check the “

4. What can I expect from a session?
Each session is a safe space where we combine emotional processing, nervous system regulation, intuitive insight, and action-based coaching. Think part therapist, part big sister, part spiritual mirror.

5. What’s your background or training?
Juliet has a background in Health Sciences and Psychology, as well as certifications for coaching and YTT, plus lived experience navigating deep healing, rebirth, and personal glow-ups.

6. Do I need to be “spiritual” to work with you?
Nope. We welcome skeptics, the curious, and the woo-curious. As long as you're open to exploring deeper parts of yourself, you're good.

7. Do you offer astrology or tarot readings?
I can! If you’d like to book one, contact me directly.

8. What’s the difference between coaching and therapy?
Coaching is more forward-focused. We work on helping you move through blocks, reframe limiting beliefs, and take aligned action. We do not diagnose or treat mental illness.

9. How do I book a session?
All bookings are handled through Setmore.

10. What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit/debit cards via Stripe, as well as PayPal and Apple Pay (if available).

11. Do you offer payment plans?
Yes—payment plans are available for certain packages. Reach out for custom options.

12. What’s your cancellation or refund policy?
We require 48-hour notice for cancellations. Missed appointments are non-refundable. Refunds for packages are reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
