What A 1:1 Session With Me Looks Like
Let’s be honest—healing is terrifying. It is not linear. It requires a lot of work. From detachment to attachment to inner child and shadow work, the process is not fun. Especially when you have spent years carrying your own trauma, your own pain, your own patterns. It effects your body physically. It really effects you mentally. Maybe you’ve tried coaching and it wasn’t what you expected. Maybe you’ve had that therapist that absolutely scarred you from ever going back to therapy—you know the ones, where they just sit in their big, comfy chairs and stare at you.
This, though? This is not that.
Here is exactly what a 1:1 session with me looks like—raw, intuitive, somatic, and soul-fed.
✨ First things first (always): Safety
Your privacy is safe with me, and me only. What happens on our calls stays on our calls and between us. Before we start the session, I like to start with a body-scan. Together, we’ll see where you’re holding your emotions. Ideally, I want you to be vulnerable with me and open, and through a body-scan we can open up.
We will start with a check-in. How is your nervous system feeling? Tight? Tired? Holding something?
You don’t need to show up “put together” (whatever that means). You get to show up exactly who and how you are.
Take a deep breath. Relax your shoulders. Release the tongue from the roof of your mouth.
✨ Then, we dive into what’s alive
Some days you’ll be hotter than others. Some days you may not want to talk. Wherever you are, we’ll work with that.
There is no forced agenda. No shame. Just being present.
We’ll talk a bit about your experience with coaching (or therapy). Ideally, I’ll ask you a few gentle questions about you (because we are best friends now, and I want to know who you are). This will range from your activity routine, what you eat, who is in your inner circle, to deeper things, such as experience with journaling, shadow work, and anything you feel ready to talk about.
Questions might include:
What’s your relationship with movement and your body?
Who’s in your inner circle?
How do you regulate when things feel out of control?
What’s your connection to journaling, your inner child, or shadow work?
We move slowly, intuitively. We don’t force breakthroughs—we invite them. Through somatic work, parts work, energetic release, breath, and sometimes silence.
You’re not here to perform your healing. You’re here to experience it.
✨ You leave with integration (and homework)
Most of the time, I’ll send you off with some journaling prompts or gentle assignments after we figure out what needs improvement. If this is your first session, questions might include:
If my nervous system could speak right now, what would it say?
What would it look like to create safety in my body right now?
What version of me still needs to be comforted?
What emotion am I avoiding—and why?
Don’t worry—I’ll give you the tools to be able to answer these questions. It involves breath work, relaxation, and surrendering. If this is not our first session, we will dive into deeper questions (as long as you are comfortable). Maybe we ask these on our calls, or maybe I send you with some more prompts. Either way—I check-in. Whether you re-book with me or not, I am your friend, and I want to check-in with you.
As far as physicality goes, I might come up with a plan for you! I may include some nutrition advice, because you do need to fuel from the inside too!
✨ Last but not least
I create a PDF form for you! No matter what session you book, every session is tailored toward you, and will include sections that integrate The Glow Method. These PDFs will be you specific, and should you have any questions, you can always reach out to me.
If you want to continue (and I really hope you do), we can do this every session. Feelings change. Things come up. Let’s make sure we tackle them all to get you toe the highest version of you that you can be.
